Hello everyone, a friend of mine has had his shoulder dilocated twice over the years, and now he's working out in order to gain strenght and build some muscle mass in order to prevent another injury again... I guess the questions are
a) which exercises should he try in order to overcome his injury? I already recommended him the exercise program on FT
b) are there any supplements he might take in order to gain muscle mass and develop a stronger shoulders? I really dont know if taking protein shakes, or even some creatine will help him, just wanted to make sure with you guys before I recommended him to buy something
