I am new to all this and just saw the egg breakdown on the nutrition section, so why don't they have a breakdown for the different types of egg whites,(boiled, fried, Duck, Goose, Quail. I ask this because i am trying to utilize egg whites only but can get access to Duck, Quail, Goose, Emu, Ostritch, as well as banty and Guennie. and would like to use them if they are good for me.
