just wondering how many people here are/still/have used the
FreeTrainers personalized weight training program. for people that has trained for more than 3yrs/4yrs already, do you still use this. from the routine that i'm doing now and from the routine that the personalized weight training program came up with, it looks pretty weak. it looks like a good source to go with or a good foundation to start off with but it only does a couple of exercises each day (4 day work out) with 4 sets each exercise. will i still be making gains if i did this.
Ive been traing for almost 3 yrs, not only with ft but with a personal trainer also. My last 3 programs were here onn ft without my PT, and have seen good results with a 3 day split. Of course, the diet is done on my own.
