Hey Im 21 and have a two year old. i was 155 when i got pregnant, gained 27 lbs. bounced back pretty quick. Then Nov of 2002 i started having BAD anxiety, lost about 30 lbs in 2 months. Since I've overcome the anxiety, I've put on more weight and I'm up to 148 !!!! today I'm starting over and going to try to get healthy and in shape.my goal is to try out for the miami dolphins cheerleading squad next season!!!! Just thought telling people my goals might make it easier to get through and stick with this!!!

-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

I am beginning myself today. I know how it is when you have children. I have had 3 myself all by c-section. And yes you have alot of anxiety with them, along with depression. It is not a very good mix and you do gain alot of weight with it. But stay confident it does pass. I wish all the luck too you. You did a wonderfull thing by talking about it.
take care and good luck

This is the BEST site to find teachers and motivators. Everybody here is very supportive. All you need to do is ask and somebody will answer. Welcome to FT!
