I have just started this program and spent some time in the nutrition area where i noticed that the egg whites of all kinds of eggs are listed as raw only. Ihave access to many diff. kinds of eggs and would like to see the values for the whites on these sinc some of them are rather big in size.:dumbbell::)

Try the above link , though the different eggs that it gives are for whole eggs.
