Just messaging to ask how i would go about getting good abs and pecs... besically a defined chest area and of course quite quickly without doing harm. Could anyone tell me any exercises- not weights- or a whole daily programme of exercises to do to achieve this. Thanks

You would do well to check out the programs here on FT. They have great starter programs, will tell you reps, sets, everything. Once you get this, if you have questions, post them and we will be more than helpful to get you on your way.:)

diet and excercise key word being diet, you wanna buld muscle gotta eat good. Theres no quick fix for anything, some people gain more quickly than others yes, however you need time, and if your not willing to work for it, then you won't get anything out of it and your wasting our time and your time.
