What are some good foods and snacks that are high in protein, but not as much carbs. I'm trying to shed some lbs, having trouble finding the right foods !!!!!

Look in the diet forum for a post entitled 'bodybuilders grocery list' by bb1 fit. This list breaks down the foods into their group and gives examples for each. This may help you.
