Im in college, and I really don't have time to go work out strenuously! Im 5'6 and 140lbs. I don't like the way my thighs look and most of all, I want a lean washboard abs, maybe a 6 pack too! Basically I have issues with my arm, they're bigger than normal, its not flabby, but its just bigger than most normal asian women. How should I eat? Do I want to go on the carbs diet? How often should I work out? I have a church camp this summer, and I want to look good, I mean really good!!! With waashboard abs, so I can wear short cut shirts! Can anyone help me???

Well... disregard any infomercial you might have seen... anyhoo... eat well and exercise... from what I've learned, you should really lower your intake of fat for those awesome abs.... keep in mind, you can't spot reduce, so it's an over all thing...
Secondly, fill in a profile so we know your goals and thirdly, get an exercise program from FT and add on the 12 week ab program... it works well...
Follow the guidlines set up with your profile and you should reach your goals.. and ask lots of questions...

and search fit buddy for questions on abs - this is probably the most asked question.
Eat lean protein like fish, chicken brests, and lean beef, in small quantities, with steamed vegetables and 1/2 cup rice, 5 times a day. Drink lots of water.
Do cardio 3-5 times a week
Lift weights 3 times a week, using higher reps and less rest time. There are many good programs here on FT. use the resources available to you.
Walking, runnning, jumping rope will all burn calories.
Look through the posts - lots of info. Help Yourself!!!
