ive been working out a lot lately to see the best possible shape i can get in, and have noticed one thing. everything easily reduced when i started to workout, except for my waist. i still have saddlebags, and i would like to know how to get rid of them, possibly by diet and/or workout
you need to do both to get rid of the fat. good luck - Mike
