Hey guys -- any feedback would be appreciated. On Saturday I did about 6 hours of landscaping for a buddy of mine. Lots of carry heavy stones and 40lb bags of dirty etc. At one point I built a retention wall spend two hours on squated down...
Well since Sunday my hamstring and lower back have been soar. DUH! dumb me I know. Well yesterday I went on the ellipticle machine to start my cardio workout and only lasted 7 minutes... i usually do 45 to 60 minutes.... Do you guys think it's soarness or could I have done some damage?
What do you think I should do? Not workout or continue to workout the hammy?
Thanks!

Unless you are experiencing severe pain, you probably just strained it. The legs are a large muscle group so it will require more rest. You may want to lay off on leg exercises for at least a few days.
Good luck!
