what a good day so far...I have a REALLY hard time eating healthy but today...yeap yeap, feel good.:) I had three scrambled egg whites (mixed in some tuna, spinach, and sliced almonds) and one bananananana for breakfast (9:00) and for lunch (1215)I had 6oz of grilled salmon and two slices of this new oatmeal bread I found. wohoo, oh yeah, like 12 gallons of water, well maybe not that much water but it sure feels like it!!!

Keep up the good work! iknow what you mean about the water. I downed 66 ozs at the gym last night and spent the rest of the evening going to the bathroom every 15 minutes...lol

Keep it up! Seems like the hardest time is the hours between dinner and sleep. Stay strong, and watch out for those Girl Scout cookies.
