I have been doing Pilates and Yoga for several months and I feel great. I love seeing the muscle definition. The problem is my upper arms are bulky. It is muscle not fat, How can I make them smaller?

Oh to have your problem. I live to see the muscles on my upper arms.

I wasn't aware that Yoga and Pilates actually developed musculature...except maybe the hard-core Yoga. I may have to start doing it! What type do you do? Also, how is your lower body coming along? Are you satisfied with it? You may just need to incorporate a bit of fat-burning cardio or light & fast weight training along with your Yoga and Pilates just to see what happens. I have a low% body fat and had bulky arms, but when I added more cardio to my routine I slimmed down in areas I believed were too bulky.
