Hello all. Allow me to tell you about myself I am 41yrs old 6ft tall weigh 130 pounds have been this way since high school. For the past 20+ years I have been a long hual truck driver so starting a diet(to gain weight) and exercise program is all new to me but I am determined to add 30 to 40 pounds of mass not flab. So just kick me in the butt and get me started in the right direction with your ideas. Thanks and will keep you posted on progress.
Welcome to ft. Given the fact that you have been at your present weight since high school you are probably going to have an uphill battle but don't be discouraged. I hope you like to eat...alot. That's the key. Take in more calories than you burn. Make them quality, muscle building calories and engage in resistance training. There is alot of good tips, ideas, and suggestions here to help you out. Good luck.
