Hi im 15 yrs old... currently 176lbs... i have tried to get fit before but it didnt workout:big_smile: Well.. now i set a goal im doing this to join my High School Football Team... if i seem to be complaining, push me forward in the wright direction so i can do this....

Sounds like you have your head pointed in the right direction. Search the boards for suggestions and guidance. Eat right and work hard. Be consistent and you will have success. Good luck and welcome to ft.

Hello. I am so happy to be here! This is my first week and my first post, I've lost over 60 lbs over the last few years with just a change in diet and now I am beginning a new workout lifestyle here at FT to not only lose the rest of the unhealthy weight, but to find that fit me that I lost in college a couple years back. It sneaks up on you when you have to sit in front of the computer all day and live on Ramen! Thank you for this site!
