I would like to know if Creatine would still be benifical without taking it with a high-carb drink? Will I still get good results with just taking it with water or should I scarifice some carbs since I could probably burn then off?

Thanks Glen

Yes, you will. But, of course with carbs you will get better results, and not to mention much more productive workouts in general.

Swole V2 doesn't need a transport vehicle, so that may be worth exploring. But I have to second bb1's stance on workout productivity.

Taking creatine with concord grape juice before and especially after workouts are the best time because of the antioxidants in the juice. It has to be concord grape juice though. This has worked for me. I have noticed that taking creatine with the juice gives me much more energy along with an orange.
