How come on the 12 week mass program there is no exercise for shoulders like shrugs or upright rows? It seems they are neglected the traps. Should I throw those in there in addition to what they already have?
The traps are not neglected...they are affected when you do heavy deadlifts. However, if you want additional emphasis on them, you can add those exercises.
