Only thing I see is the 2 hour break from the cardio till your first meal.....I would eat right after that. Then eat agin at 830

The other thing I see is 50 minutes and 20 minutes of that is HIIT! You're a go getter aren't you? Why don't you eat a little something when you first get up? You have an hour before your cardio.

I am not as good as BB is with this but I eat oatmeal and a protein with in 20 mins of my workout. I would eat before as well but time does not allow. Just a small snakc is better than nothing!

5:00 a.m. fall out of bed
--I would either do my cardio workout right out of bed, or eat a quick snack. An hour awake with nothing is a long time.
6:00 light cardio for 30 min followed by 20 HIIT
3:00 getting ready for the gym so I munch on some beef jerky and water
--I would eat a protein, carb meal around 2:00 pm, an hour before your workout.
8:30-9:00 1/2 can of tuna, water
--I would add a fibrous carb to your tuna here.
--The important thing is to get 5-6 meals in a day spaced in 2-3 hour intervals. Each meal should contain a protein and carb source.
--I am not an expert, but these are a few things I have read up, implemented and have worked great for me!
Good Luck! =)
