Height on Cable Raises?

What height should I be going with cable raises for shoulders (either front or lat), shoulder height? Higher? Thanks for your input.

Shoulder height because above that kind of locks off the joint and can cause discomfort/problems down the line.

go for what is comfertable. if you are able to go high then go with that but if there is discomfert don't do it.

you dont need to go higher than paralel with the ground. you will get just as good a workout without putting sress on the rotator cuff

Thanks everyone. I noticed my form went to s?%$ if I went above shoulder height. I was hoping for that answer!
