I have read places before that it is good to get a good amount of surgar in the morning. I was wondering if this is true because i know your supposed to keep your surgar intake low throughout the day. I usually have some scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, regular oatmeal(Is the flavored kind ok to eat or too much surgar?) A bananna or an orange and 4 hard boiled eggs. Too drink i usually have 2 8 ounce glasses of orange juice but lately i've being trying non-fat milk. Which one would be better in the morning. Does this look like a good breakfast while on a mass cycle?
