I just got my program here at Free Trainers and it asks me to do each part of my body only ONCE a week. On all the other programs I've done I've been working each muscle group at least 2-3 times a week. Will I really gain muscle/mass traingin like this??

Give it a try. If you do it right, you really shouldn't need to train more than once per week.
