I've worked out off and on for about 10 years. I've been on
the "off" part for over a year now and have beefed up a bit.
Time for a change. I have to lose some weight so I can get
a hernia repaired. I'm hoping I can get back to working out
without risking too much damage. As long as it's comfortable
I'll keep at it.
