I eat my breakfast (4 Egg whites, Fruit & Yogurt) around 9 am and go to work. Then, I have my weight training session with my pt at noon for an hour. I do cardio after work from 6:30pm to 7:30pm and have dinner around 8pm. The problem I have is the time during the day. I will bring a protein drink, some almonds and pumpkin seeds, lunch (tuna or chicken and some veg.) and after-lunch snack (cottage cheese and fruit) to work.

My weight training session used to be 11am. So, What I did was: Have the nuts and seeds as a snack around 10 am. Go to the gym at 11am. Have the protein drink right after. Have Lunch around 1pm. Then around 4:30pm have the after-lunch snack. Do cardio from 6pm.

Now my weight training is an hour later this week which is at noon. Should I have the protein drink before weight training or after? I am afraid that I might not have enough fuel in my body to perform at my best during workout. Or am I too obssessed about eating so often? Will my breakfast last until noon with some help from a dozen almonds?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Protein drink after weight training. That's when it is needed most. Maybe adjust your mid-morning snack if you need to?

thanks, agamble. I will drink the protein drink after workout. Maybe I will have breakfast a little later... right before I leave for work. :)
