Hi im new here and i dont quite understand the workout. For example do you do the reps 1 2 3 4 per exercise or do you do rep 1 on the first exercise then rep 1 on the second and so forth. The next thing on the work out guide is the weight what you can do or what. If you can help me i would appreciate it. Thank you

You are to do all the sets for the same exercise b4 moving on to the next exercise. You might rest 30-60sec between sets, but thats how it works. Unless you are doing curcuit training.
The weight entry is the actual weight that you use.
