I was wondering how much weight i am puting out when doing push ups, Dips Behind the Back, and Chins Between Chairs

I usually put in my own body weught. Then if you do dips or pull ups or chin ups with added weight you can add that on also.

if I do those I put BW for body weight, or put n/a or a blank or something
