ZMA vs. Night Shake

2004/02/27, 08:52 AM
I normally drink a shake with slow-absorbing proteins just before bed. I have some ZMA that I haven't been using, though, and am wondering which I should use. My shakes are usually high in calcium, so it seems I can't use both. Which will better serve my purposes? (I'm on a short cutting phase after 8 weeks of bulking)

This is your best scenario, and what I do. 2 hrs. after your last meal, take your ZMA(you should be pretty much an empty stomach, gastric emptying). Wait 45 min., have your shake. Go to bed.
