After the third week the label says take a week off because of how potent the stuff is, does that mean do not lift for a week and do not take the stuff, ? or just do not take the stuff? What effects will i feel from not taking it for that 4th week?

That means you dont take the test but continue to lift. Good Luck - Mike

Like any other supplement (except protein), you have to cycle it...meaning you don't take it for at least a week. This is the case with most Animal pro-hormone products...you only get a 3-week supply.

I read a post by BB1 that creatine cycling wasn't thought necessary anymore as long as you do a loading cycle about every 6 weeks.
If you do cycle, is it better to go off during a rest week and load when you start back or does it matter. :dumbbell:

I think that may be a matter of preference. As far as cycling creatine, there have been many articles on that subject. Personally, I wouldn't want to tell my body to stop (or slow) the production of creatine by continually feeding it.

I've read Lee Labrada's opinion on loading vs. non-loading. Again, personally speaking, I don't believe that loading would be necessary if your body produces plenty of ATP. (Also remember that creatine supplementation doesn't work well with everyone (including myself)).
Anyway, I would still recommend cycling every 6 weeks or so and skip the loading stage after cycling off.
