'Soreen Fruity Malt Loaf'
Loads of carbs. Can easily consume one loaf per day to top those carbs up. But is it the right sort of carbs?

Hydrogenated vegetable oils-yuck Other than that, how does it taste? Also, I'm kind of leary about anything that has to be identified by numbers.
