hey i was just wondering one thing, i know that v12 got creatine too but if you really had to choose between both of them, which one would it be, i never took creatine before or any kind of supplement except weight gainer once and protein shake (post workout). I wanted to try creatine cuz i heard alot good things about it but then again v12 seems very effective too. Does it have any bad side effect (v12) or not, i searched the web couple times and it seems like you do see better results than taking creatine. Anybody took both of them?

The dicreatine malate (it's misnamed on the label) in V12 is better than regular creatine monohydrate. There are also some other ingredients mixed in that improve its effectiveness. I have not heard of any side effects, but that doesn't mean they're out there. Creatine has typically been considered one of the safer supplements.

I take creatine and have taken V-12. to me, V12 was nothing special. I honestly get better pumps with just creatine monohydrate. But that is me, a friend of mine takes V12 and he raves about it. So it varies person to person. I'm sure V12 is a great product though, it just was ineffective for me personally.
-------------- Get your weight up, kid
