-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Good post man...he's absolutely right. There's no way in hell we can predict how much weight you can lose...not even a ballpark figure. A healthy way to lose weight would be to eat healthy(not starve yourself) and exercise consistently(not over-exercise) 1.5 - 2 pounds per week, max.
