not bad day took slow and easy becouse of bonehead stunt i pulled last night.triceps cable push downs.20@60lbs.,16@55,14@45,12@50 had help last three and (arms trembling like jack hammers).two hand cable curls 15@50 (arms shaking on last couple like being pulled back by chains)12@30 (right arm burning like sun but i finished)11@40 (arms feel like firing .50 cal machine gun)last set 10@50 had all kinds encouragement from people in gym(even meathead from last night was encouraging me on)but several mnutes later i had them done properly and with great satisfaction for my self.reverse barbell curls 15@50 by will power alone i got them all,12@40 (arms quiviering like jack hammer again)12@40 getting so hard but i kept going (right arm hotter than campfire)11@35 arms failing bad needed help(who comes over to spot me "meathead")last set only got 7@45 arms done no more i even tried just bare bar no go .got pat my back fromm meathead "you got heart and drive man" on down side i couldn't get even 1 dip in oh well i'll get em next time

Vikingchild way to go You inspire me to go and lift! My new week starts monday. Thats cool about the meat head maybe you have showed him what your made of and now have a training budy!!
