Hello, I have recently started getting back in the gym, and need to find a way to get my splits changed up. I find that i get in the gym for a few weeks and things are going great, and i level out my so-quick gains, and then I drop off and try to pick it up with more weight or more reps, etc, but i get bored with the same routine. can anyone give me a PARALLEL program to this???

chest: 1) dumbbell press (straight) 1x15,12,10,8,6 2)dumbbell press (incline) 1x15,12,10,8,6 3) dbell flyes 1x15,12,10,8,6 4) cable cross 1x15,12,10,8,6 5) 25 pushups

back: 1)pulldowns 2)delt hammer strength machine 3) upright rows 4) pullups (weight assisted, widegrip) 5) bent leg deadlifts

shoulders: 1) dball raises 2) front delt raises 3) military press 4) clean and press (optional) 5) shrugs

abs: 1) twists, bicycle crunches, negative crunches

legs: 1) squats ,leg press, leg curls, leg extensions

all of these are 1x15,12,10,8,6...i just got sick of typing

any help will be greatly appreciated

Why dont you try one of the many FT programs. Many of us have great success using them. Good Luck - Mike

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain
