I cam up with a new one for slacker chefs. I call it tuna rice pie. Make up 3 cups of brown rice(in Microwave) then add a can of tuna to it. Mix it all up and then put the tuna and rice into a microwave safe dish. I then ad a couple of slices of american cheese to the top and some tomatoes and nuke it till cheese melts. You now have a healthy meal/snack in under 10 minutes. Veggies carbs and protein all in one lol - Mike
