My man and I have decided to quit smoking (YAY!) and to start excercising to lose a few pounds and tone up, but what we're confused about is diet. I filled out a nutrition profile, but I'm lost lol. What would be the best things to eat? how do I know what's got high carbs, low carbs, fats etc. We eat a lot of chicken, and I tend to avoid beef (I just don't like the taste) But are there any good, healthy meals? any ideas or advice I can get?

Look a few post below this one in this section. There is a post called "grocery list for the body builder" by BB1 Fit. Welcome to FT and good luck with your goals. I can get you a good deal on boxing gloves if you and your husband need them for smoking cessation!!!:big_smile:
