Hey, Just finished my 8 week lean muscle mass program, first time around did 8 week weight loss definition training, went from beginnner to intermediate, and now to advanced, my question is when I take my week off this week ,do i not do anything, cardio, pushups situps, something, this is killing me. Feel like i am losing all of my defintion from all of my hard work. Am working on getting a before and after picture up, results are very very surprising to me. I am in the best shape of my life, I am defined more than ever, and my diet has been cleamn for 3 months strong, should I go through another 8 week lean mass program through f/t, or start a different program all together. maybe I muscle group/day, any suggestions would be awesome, bb1, jdelts, please help, I want to run to the gym and start curling!
