I am a new member and I am searching for some motivation. Someone to help me to become accountable for doing or not doing what i need to do for my fitness goals. Is there help out there?

We can motivate you, however, only YOU can hold yourself accountable.

Thanks for that. I know I should be accountable. I guess what i meant is just having someone here to discuss what I should be doing to accomplish my goals. Thanks again.

Tell us your goals and what you want to accomplish and I am sure you will get many responses and insight. There are some very knowledgable people on this board.

My goal is to lose 100 lbs. so that I can feel better mentally and most importantly, physically. I wish my goal was minus a zero.

I don't talk on here much. I put my pictures on here to motivate me to lose weight. But all it does is make me not want to post. :(

Yeah, maybe looking at my picture on here isn't so bad after all. If I can get the kind of support I need, it will be worth it.

Dinner is just whatever we planned to eat.....that is all I add other food depening to the level of workout I did the previouse day or take away depending...i also drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day....

I drink a lot of water, but I know that I don't drink that much. Thanks for the input. Greatly appreciated. I am in college so I eat in the cafeteria. I usually have a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and a salad.

Yes. I have done so recently. My eating habits are good. I have stuck to my fat intake. Protein is hard. It seems I have to cut out a meal to get the protein I need from bars I cant drink the shakes they make me feel too full they make my stomach ache. Any suggestions?

You guys/gals are getting great support on this site now... we've all set our goals, be it to lose weight, gain muscle, whatever... this site will give you the motivation and the knowledge to reach those goals... check out bb1's grocery list for a bodybuilder.. it'll show you what should be in your grocery cart when you shop...

Mutt is right, eat more to lose weight, just watch what you put in...

This is a great site and I've learned a ton so far!
