any1 know if Dumbell Incline & falt Presses are same as barbell presses b/c i wanna know b/c i hate changing my weight on my dumbells when im doin a diff workout and stuff so..plz reply :big_smile:

If I am reading your question correctly, you will never be able to match barbell and dumbbell weight. No, they are not the same. When you switch from one to another, you will have to experiment with your weights.:dumbbell:

You can try alternating on diferent weeks, or days also.

alternate........one week flat bench press....and incline dumbell presses.........next week flate barbell bench presses and incline barbell bench,,,........big differance is the dumbells hit more muscle fibers due to the greater stretch you get, not to mention you have to control them alot more, and you can't "bounce" them off your chest like I see so many people doing.:dumbbell:
