IM ON THE 4 DAY WORK OUT, MUSCLE MASS GAIN, 12 WEEK AB PROGRAM AND WIDE SHOULDERS. IM 22 AND WEIGH 170 HT 5'9. I WANT TO GET BIGGER AND STRONGER BUT NOT SO BIG THAT I CANT EVEN TURN TO WIPE MY BEHIND. WHATS A DECIENT WT I SHOULD BE STRIVING FOR. HOW MANY LBS DO I START OFF WITH AND HOW OFTEN DO I INCREASE (WEEKLY OR DAILY). AND WHAT KIND FOODS SHOULD I EAT FOR THEM ROCK HARD ABS. IF N E 1 CAN PLEASE HELP I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT . THANKS
Well you will need to take a look at bb1fits post grocery list for a bodybuilder. There is a large amount of good clean food on there. The matter of taget weight is a personal preference! The misconception of being muscle bound as long as you remain flexible you will be able to wipe lol. With the weight find a weight you can do for 20 reps then add weight as your reps decrease. And every week try to beat your higest weight for that lift. I have been using my Ft plan for almost 10 + weeks and I have seen amazing growth. Good luck and welcome - Mike
