Hi, I am Jessica, and I am new at this whole dieting thing, as well as to FT. I am in need of some sample menus for breakfast. I am not really a breakfast eater, and I know that it is necessary while dieting. Thank you all, and I will be waiting for some responses. jess

I either have cereal(proteint crunch, grapenuts,Oats) or I will have egg whites. Throw in some juice and a protein shake. Have the shake when you first get up. Welcome - Mike

go to fit buddy and put in breakfast.
Also, post specific topics in the right forums and you will get a lot more feed back.

I like Oatmeal, Strawberries, Scrambled Egg Whites ( I usually add a 1 yolk) with Salsa. Great...now I'm hungry again...

I eat 2 whole eggs 3 egg whites scrambled. A bowl of Kellog's Smart Start with skim milk and a glass of OJ. I cant drink a protein shake for breakfast.

Every morning I eat 4 egg whites ( from a carton - tastes just like eggs ) - 1/2 cup of oatmeal - 1 bowl of Total Protein with 1 cup skim milk. very filling and with plenty of protein
