OK, here I am confused again...I had been following a pretty strict diet since Thanksgiving. I lost around 15# in 1 1/2 months. Since then I have leveled off, in fact, no matter what I ate I did not gain or lose and still kept the same b/f. Now I am being a little more liberal with my eating (fast food 1X per week and maybe a bad snack here and there) and I am starting to lose weight again. Can anyone explain that one? I did increase my cardio from 1X per week to 2-3 last week - could that be it already?

The cardio helps, but sometimes cheat meals can trick your body into giving up some fat. i can look up the specific reason for it, or you can just go with that much info. The other thig to consider is that you have built some muscle and you need more calories now, so the extra calories (even though they come from junk) let your body do what it needs to do.
Keep up the good work and try not to eat too much junk:)

Thanks asimmer - you rock! That info is plenty. I have felt pretty guilty about the junk, but losing weight while eating it is like a dream come true!
