Having these tools are helpful, but If you guys get a chance could you add one?
The Progess Tracker shows the 1 rep max. But Could you set up a reverse calculation so if we input our 1 rep max that lists the weight we should shoot for in a set of 5 or 8? That way we could keep pushing the envelope . . .
you should be able to do 80 percent of your one rep max about 10 times, so for lower reps, i would try 85-90% of your one rep max. 1rmx0.85 or 0.9 that should give you som good weigts to use. there is a chart that shows which percentages you should use for a certain number of reps, but i dont currently have one on me.
