Hey

i miss my last friday leg workouts so..u think i can do them today when i am working out? and what order do u do your workouts from FT like to do a workout like do the set 1 then set 2 or u just go set 1 on every workout in the list and keep goin whatever

Do the first set then the second and so forth. As to the legs probably so. Its hard to say without knowing your split. You won't do any long term harm any way. Hope that helps.

Thx for your reply, and i wanna know if i can do abs workouts on my some of my rest days like wed and sun ab workout b/c i workout on Mon,Thu,Sat and i can rest on Tue and friday or is that too much for me

Take 1 day completely off. This is a must. Otherwise do cardio.

can i do some Tae Bo or something like that then cardio?
