Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Hey everyone,

I started taking creatine for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I went with BB1fit's advice and picked up some AST Micronized Creatine. Well in the first week alone, I felt major differences. Not only could I pump out more reps or even more weight in almost every exercise, but after I workout my muscles are hard as rocks. I didn't think this would be possible in such as short period of time. I kept my diet the same and made sure to drink about a gallon of water a day. Just wanted to let everyone know if they're thinking about buying creatine, go for it. It's definitely worth it. Make sure you research the different brands though, some are pure junk! I was skeptical for a long time...seemed to good to be true, but trust me it works! One concern though, I have gained about 5 pounds in two weeks (assuming mostly do to the extra water I am holding onto), is this gonna disappear once I stop, and if it does, will my muscles shrink and will I get weaker?? THANKS BB1!

I have head that creatine with holds water and the it just fills your cells up with water and it gives you that puffy look. I think after you get off of it your muscles will decrease I suggest you use a whey protien it gives you real mass that wont dissapear.

Actually, I already take a whey protein drink. EAS Precision Protein. I take it immediately after working out.
