I consume about 3000 to 3500 calories per day. I eat as much chicken, meat and fish as I can. I get at least 1.5g of protein per bodyweight, I eat at least 3 fruits per day and I always eat 6 meals a day.

Remember, to put an inch on your upper arms, in most cases it takes 10-15 lbs. distributed over your body. You cannot just keep gaining in your arms forever. If that was the case, we would be walking on our hands! Everyone wants big arms. Build mass over your entire body.

Over training? :surprised: If you want to grow once a week ain't gonna cut it my friend unless you're a professional arm wrestler the other 6 days.
Like the other guys say, if you build a strong base (Legs, back, shoulders, & chest) the arms will follow much easier. Do remember sometimes it's not what you do but how you do it.
ps Hey people, my first post here, looks like a good place to be for someone just getting back into things.
