yea, i have a question, on the daily work out plan thing, it says how much pounds u went up and down, but how can u put wieght when u are doing push ups???????
Push ups you would put zero for pounds unless your have a pack with weights in it on while doing them. - Mike

When doing push ups and entering the number of reps and weight used. For weight you can either enter zero or your own body weight, however need to be consistent in what you enter.
