Hey,
Thanks to everyone's great info on here about food and grocery shopping, I finally bit the bullet and bought all the healthy, whole foods I've known I should have been buying all along, but didn't want to spend the extra money on. I feel guilty about spending the extra money (I a stickler about my money), but I know deep down I did the right thing. I'm keep telling myself that it's an investment in my futute health.
So I've started my new "diet" today. I'm hoping to shed about 10 lbs of fat. I'm also trying to get back into running shape after breaking my back a year and a half ago.
