Hi, I am a 14 year old from Cali. I am 120 lbs. and I am 5'8. I am in a wrestling team, and I am looking for a nice healthy way to increase muscle. I know muscle increase doesn't happen without proper nutrition. So I was wondering if someone could make me or show me how to make a diet plan for my needs. If there is anyone willing to help me thanks!:)

Look for 'bodybuilders grocery list' on this thread. Eat those types of foods. Try eating 4-6 meals a day. Look at some of the posts other people have made regarding diet. Use the fit buddy to search the topics 'diet' or 'gaining mass' or something similar. You should find plenty of ideas and suggestions. Good Luck

Thanks a lot Gamble, but I have yet to come up with an adequate eating routine. I now know what foods to eat but not how many. I know this is gonna sound stupid, but I need someone to help me make my list. Sorry for the inconvinience. For now I'm going to take your advice gamble thanks.

Go to the 'older discussion' thread. Look for the topic 'dieting by thirds'. I have posted my diet plan there. This is just an example and it may help you jump start yours. Of course your goals may be different. There are literally hundreds of diet plans posted on the boards. You just have to hunt them down. Look through several and work from there.
