my problem is this i eat alot and workout as well but still i dont gain much why is that? is there anything else i should be doing? cuz i dont understand why its soo hard for me to gain weight, it gets annoying and discouraging after a while...
Could be many reasons. Not alot of information to go on. Sometimes it's not so much how much you eat but what you eat. What does your diet look like? Compare your diet to other people's in the diet and forum section. Search fit buddy for more diets to look at. Also, how long have you been working out? If you are a hardgainer it may take quite awhile to get big. Sometimes years and that is with proper diet and lots of hard work.
