I was sick and stopped taking my creatine for about 3 days because I couldn't get down nearly as much water as i needed.

Do i have to reload after missing for 3 days? if so, should I load for a full 5 days?

I would reload for 2 days, and then resume normal.

There is technically no need to load creatine, although it is faster than not doing so.

bbfit - I break my creatine down into two servings, one am and one post workout. I forgot to take the second dose yesterday - should i load for a couple of days or just resume my previous amount?

No, missing a dose will not hurt you. Just proceed on as normal. As you know, creatine is not a drug, you will not deplete your creatine stores by missing one dose.
