hello all!
I am a newbie to the site and I just wanted to try it out and see how I like it. I just want to be in shape agian. I hope this place will help.

welcome to the newest members. The program does work, as long as you follow your prescribed routine and stick to it. Also there are a lot of great people that will support and quide you when needed, along with the fit buddy were many a question has been answered and you can find responses to your particular question.
