THANK YOU. This is for everyone thats helped give any kind of guidance to people like myself(a few months ago and still up to today). :)
I just got back from spring break today, and i saw a really good friend. As i was allowing her to see my tattoos (the ones on my back and chest) its just easier to lose the shirt for a second, and she commented on how my chest, shoulder, arms looked bigger, and how she could tell a difference in my upperbody from when i had seen her last (just in december).
All that i have done is follow my workout schedule (and got my diet right) as prescribed by FT (and my RA for the first couple of weeks). I also just took the advice that was given to me on this board from such members as hecdarec, asimmer, gatormade, mmaibohm, bb1fit, goldengloves, bigandrew, jdelts and many many others. So thanks for the patience, and ill keep in mind when im more experienced to have patience with those with less experience because i was there too. (i am right now)
I begin my Mass and Strength training program today, and i will stick with this and my diet for its duration. Ill post a better 'before' picture, soon as i get one scanned in, and let the fun begin...

So if I get tattoos it will give me a good excuse to take off my shirt? Mmmmmmm interesting approach.

good work, tex!
